2. Intellectual Property & Full Commercial Ownership
You own 100% of the content generated using our platform.
- All scripts, titles, tags, summaries, and social media content generated via our tools belong entirely to you.
- You are granted full, royalty-free, perpetual commercial rights to monetize, publish, broadcast, and sell your videos and derived content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Toolsxyz claims no copyright, equity, or revenue share in your channel earnings or creative output.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate defamatory, illegal, malicious, or abusive harassment material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our platform security infrastructure.
- Deploy automated scraping bots against unauthorized endpoints.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
